Indications:

For the prevention of coccidiosis caused by: Eimeria acervulina, E. brunette, E. maxima, E. mivati, E.. necatrix and E. tenella. For use in the manufacturing of broiler feed.

Active Ingredient:

Each kg of Coxistac*12% Granular contains 120 grams of salinomycin.

Dosage and Administration:

Thoroughly mix 0.5kg of Coxistac*12% Granular in one metric ton (1000kg) of broiler feed. It will provide approximately 60ppm of Salinomycin on the ration.

In order to ensure dispersion of Coxistac*12% Granular, use mechanical mixing equipment.

Warning:

Do not feed laying hens, turkeys and horses.
Do not exceed the recommended use level.
Tiamulin should not be administered to birds receiving Coxistac*12% Granular
Withdraw drug 5 days before slaughter

Store in a cool and dry place. Protect from sunlight.
